RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, makeup stains, perfumes, or missing packaging.

Return Window

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any return request submitted after this 14-day window will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We provide free size exchanges for domestic orders. If you need to swap an item for a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is sold out, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via store credit or bank transfer.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will issue a replacement or full refund immediately.
